Cabanas

Kettner Exchange is San Diego’s ultimate rooftop destination. Our Cabanas are located on Little Italy’s only open-air rooftop lounge. Each enclosed cabana is an intricate juxtaposition of wood and steel. We offer a unique variety of libation options in our cabanas including boutique wines and individual classic cocktails. Chef’s menu creations are also included in the cabana experience till 10 pm. All Cabana reservations are for a maximum of 3 hours. Cabanas are reserved with a food/beverage minimum++ and credit card deposit to secure the reservation.

The Grape Street Lounge

The Grape Street Lounge offers a space where groups can enjoy Kettner Exchange’s elevated cuisine and unique beverage program in a casual VIP setting. The Grape Street Lounge has a casual lounge-style seating arrangement where guests can enjoy out lively open-air rooftop. We reserve cabanas on Sundays during brunch from 11 am – 2:00 pm.

Cabana Information & Additional fees:*

  • $20 corkage fee, limited to wine and champagne only with a maximum of (2) 750ml bottles allowed per reservation
  • $20 dessert plating fee for cakes/cupcakes
  • We are happy to charge multiple credit cards, but unfortunately, we decline any split itemized checks
  • A suggested 22% gratuity will be added to all Cabana and Lounge Spaces. If you would like this modified, please notify your server.
  • Each reservation is for a maximum of (3) hours
  • Decorations must be approved by KEX
